A General Knowledge (GK) Quiz Competition was successfully conducted on 15 December 2025 with great enthusiasm and active participation from the students of STD V - X . The event aimed to enhance students awareness, logical thinking, and knowledge of science and technology in an engaging manner. The competition began with a warm welcome to all the participating teams, namely Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow Houses. The participants displayed high spirits and team coordination throughout the event. The quiz was conducted in five exciting rounds. Round 1 – Clash (Buzzer Round): This round tested the quick thinking and presence of mind of the participants, as teams competed to answer questions using the Placards. Round 2 – Crack the Code (Decoding Round): Teams decoded clues and acronyms , which assessed their analytical and reasoning skills. Round 3 – Sense and Spot (Audio-Visual Round): This round included audio and visual clues, making it highly engaging and interactive. Round 4 – Quick Spark (Rapid Fire Round): Participants answered a series of rapid questions within a limited time, testing their speed and accuracy. Round 5 – Focus Zone (Theme-Based Round): This round focused on Science and Technology, encouraging students to apply their subject knowledge. Based on the performance in the initial rounds, Red, Blue, and Green Houses qualified for the first round qualifiers. After a tough competition, Blue and Green Houses advanced to the final round. The quiz concluded with Green House emerging as the winner of the GK Quiz Competition, showcasing excellent knowledge, teamwork, and confidence. The event ended with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the Principal, staff, teachers, and participants for making the competition a grand success. Overall, the GK Quiz Competition was an informative and enjoyable experience that fostered learning, curiosity, and healthy competition among the students.
